We've found it has superior reporting features, integration features, and is overall more efficient to work within than other REI-specific software.The downside is QBO is not set up for REI so you'll need to do that or work with an expert to ensure it is set up for your business appropriately.Something else to keep in mind is your entity structure and how your entities file tax returns.

So she did not pay rent for September ( she was supposed to pay it to the previous owner and the owner was supposed to send it to me, but the previous owner received nothing and she agreed nothing was sent ).Now she needs to send my information to her case worker to update the rent payment address and everything.

go to her broker, make it super difficult to work with. go after her license, go after everything and say all you want is a release. you are a consumer. the law is pretty clear. look up procuring cause. buy a different floorplan of the same house int he same neighborhood without those addresses and you'll get around it

@Karl Kauper going to guess your current PMC:1) Is having too many tenant nonpayment issues for your likingAnd/or2) Refusing to share their background checks with you, so you can make your own approval decisions to address #1 above.Several factors may be at play here that you may want to consider before being trigger-happy:1) For several legal and contractual reasons, it's pretty much NOT possible for a PMC to share background checks with an owner. 2) What Class of property do you own?

If you are showing monthly deposits of the same amount each month that are in the amount of a rent, you would need to show where that money was coming from and going to, as in which address it applied to.
