We need other things too...well, depending on what you are doing.If you are buying a property off the MLS...that's pretty easy.  

No underlayment was needed, but the floors have to be pretty flat for an easy install. 

I understand home designs are pretty expensive, and cannot just be applied to any lot/existing neighborhood.

Since your place is already furnished you can test this out pretty easily by changing the minimum stay to 30 days.

Hey Koren,That's pretty much what I figured as well - can't imagine a realtor (or inspector) gets too far if they're referring poor work.Our realtor suggested Call2Inspect as well so that's great to hear!

Pretty sure they also offer insurance for flips.

I wasn't aiming for a high-end look, but I also feel that if I'm already putting in the effort then I might as well put in decent materials and invest in doing it right.This apartment is pretty small, 500 square feet.
