This tenant would be violating my lease on two fronts:- Tenants are not allowed on the roof at any time- Trampolines and other devices/activities that can cause my insurance premium to increase or cancellation of policy are prohibited(I'm paraphrasing the lease language)So, if they were living under one of my roofs, I would send them a 10-day Notice to Cure for both issues.

Wouldn't you assume a generation consumed by technology glued to a computer or mobile device screen would want to see your message on that screen?

The vast majority of people browse the internet on mobile devices and while I can get to local forums on desktop version, I cannot seem to find any option of getting to local forums on mobile.

@John Cushing, could you tell me what device you're using?
