This sounds like a BK13 not a BK7 as I inquired above, since in BK7 once its dismissed or discharged which is generally 4-6 months, you can resume the foreclosure if they did not intend to keep the property. 

Then I have to be very careful of what I say, especially if the debt has been discharged in bankruptcy because there is the discharge order from the bankruptcy court to consider in addition to FDCPA and whatever state collection laws are there that have to be complied with.

If they have filed for bankruptcy you need to make sure that it has been discharged!

It's hard to step of that ledge, not sure if your chute will open, but you did it. 

Bingo I was done I sent them a copy of the Pennsylvania Mortgage Satisfaction Act of 2002  (Google it) The law states that whenever a lien is discharged for any reason the mortgagor must file a lien discharge within 60 days I then used this on the rest of liens and all were removed.
