I just hope BP is not promoting Scams

I consider it a legal scam as the agencies that provide the doctors that rubber stamp the certificate are legitimate agencies (same agencies that certify the legitimate service animals) that collect fees for this serviceSo far if I allowed animals at the unit I have accepted the certificate and have not collected additional moneys (normally I charge additional cleaning deposit and a small increase to the monthly rent (1st animal is charged more than subsequent animals)). 

Since I have a full time job, I can only devote 1 1/2 days per week to working on the triplex.

I mean its 2015, doesn't seem like their are many new individual wholesalers left, maybe that might be a good thing but what i don't know is, before i put the amount of time i am about to devote towards finding distressed houses, filing lease options, assigning contracts, etc... is there still business out there to be done.

It looks like the collections company are trying to take people for a dummy since there is so much foreign investors here in south florida,  its a lot of scam here.  

Sure seems to be more 'beware' posts than normal the last couple weeks (I dubbed Labor Day week 'scam week') so your timing is perfect @Karen Margrave.  

Being a post from CL, I had to check out your link worried it was a scam in disguise.  

My property always ends up being re-posted with scam info attached and the quality of applicant I get there always seems to be not quality.

I'm a military wife, and our little honey just started kindergarten, and she wants me pretty active at her school, so I can't devote myself to this full time just yet, but I'm uber excited to get my feet wet!
