That said... when I sign up for propstream again, I do so knowing that they rely on data from 3rd parties, some of it's out of date, and I always double check and verify things... but it IS good for the amount of usually reliable information you can get in a short period of time... but always verify after against other sources.If it was as easy as $1500 and $97 a month like the PIN videos make it sound, then everyone would be doing it.

Thanks,but there is no financial benefit to the potential buyer when we compare 'with agent' vs 'with no agent', also this law does not make sense in my opinion at least to the buyer, even in the case where a potential buyer goes with an agent - the signing of the documents(like seller's property disclosure & exclusive buyer agency/agent contract) even before touring the home does not make sense, the signing of the documents(like seller's property disclosure & exclusive buyer agency/agent contract(in this one , it is mentioned "Buyer will not enter into Buyer Agency Contract with another broker/licensee that begins before the Ending Date of this Contract.")) logically COULD ALSO BE done after touring the home and potential buyer decides to buy the home.

I also ask them for the forwarding address when they give notice that they are vacating the address and also give them a reminder notice of their right to be present at the close out inspection and ask them to tell me when the property will be completely vacant and a request of a date and time to have that inspection if they desire to be present.
