Hi,I decided to get more cabinet space in my kitchen, so I am inserting a cabinet on the place of the trash compactor, I cut out the lenolium to level it and I need to pull up the countertop.

They asked if they could change the cabinets a couple of years ago, and then also put in granite countertops, new appliances, laminate flooring, tiled bath, etc.

I don't do my own countertops any more as I have a guy that's far better at it than me, far faster and not much difference in price as if I did it myself.

This allowed me to pay down the card a bit, and then I paid for my countertops, garage door, and a few other subcontracted items net 90 after the property was sold and I cashed out. 

You can see how much a 1-car garage vs a 2-car garage affects appraisal, granite counters vs no granite counters, etc.For example, in my market, granite countertops are a $5,000 bump in the appraised value.The inspection is more geared towards finding what's wrong with the property (what's not up to code, safety issues) and making everything is in good condition and working as it should (electrical is wired correctly, plumbing drains well, no mold or termite damage, structurally sound roof, etc.) 

Countertop arrives next week as well. 

We also don't put LVP on staircases as it does not give great bang for the buck.Granite countertops can be a relatively inexpensive upgrade, but we've found tile backsplash is a regional thing.  

The cabinets are off white with a beige counter top.  

Anything cosmetic, from flooring, cabinets, paint, countertops, etc.

Just plain.I'd lose the mirror surrounding the window.Replace the toilet..Replace countertop & sink.
