I was running construction and development for a company that owned a massive piece of land they had developed over the decades.

How do you think this will effect rental rates , home sales ,  construction costs , and insurance costs in Florida and up and down the coast  ?   

I'm going to be building (15) new SFR construction in DB, this year.

After talking to a construction management company, I found the ARVs to be inflated.

A key note is that I am a framer for new construction and also have all the subcontractors.

There is a ton of new/newer construction around there that has come online the last 2 years in the medical district and most of those buildings have had real challenges.

.- Walmart has just opened up a brand new distribution center consisting of 2.6 million square feet, and provides more than 750 new jobs.Economic Information -The City of Mobile has seen extensive revitalization and tremendous economic growth:Business/Corporate Sector- Construction of a new Airbus jet assembly line at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley should move forward rapidly during the coming year.

We have an inventory of off market New Construction investment properties in a number of growing markets that will cashflow day one.
