Some will pay to stay waterfront but there are just as many I’m betting that would opt for slightly less expensive digs in a very popular tourist destination. 

I don't think the sheriff will do anything without an eviction having been processed which it doesn't sound like is necessary here.As for the cameras, I think Ring is probably your best bet.

That may be your best bet if cash flow is your move.Florida will be great for appreciation, we still have people moving here like crazy. 

I bet it came out amazing, and now that its almost summer you can focus on the outside!

It sounds like unconventional lending and partners seems to be my best bet but I would love some more input from the community!

@Tanner Lewis Thanks for the reply, seems like driving for dollars or connecting with a wholesaler would be my best bet to find a property to brrrr.

If 5 years hit and I still had the property, I'm fairly confident I could negotiate an extension with them.

Ask a local trailer seller but I bet they’d say you’d be lucky to sell them for $10k retail.

The plan is to live in it for a cpl years so right now I’m assuming my best bet is a tricky FHA 203k loan.
