I found it extremely helpful in taking to my other members and managers to be able to classify RE markets into segments (e.g. what you've done with new construction vs. existing and I did with HUD held-for-sale) and convey the data behind my rationale for suggesting price bids, etc.

Is it you and your spouse that are both members and the only members of the LLC? 

My grandmother passed away two weeks ago and the funeral home director had made a pamphlet for the family members that listed local businesses who could help the families move forward.

I've recommended her on the forums a few times and have gotten great feedback from other members.
