Since you brought up the podcast I've got a question for you.

What brought my rents down there for a couple years is there was a ton of new developments in the area (yes development can negatively affect your property) and with the increased housing supply and new apartment buildings that went up, it pushed my renta down in that area.

So The bank is the one who has brought up Escrow for Repairs.

I completely agree with the steps you brought up. 

What brought you to DFW?

Because we knew well the neighborhood in Denver where his property is located, we were able to give him specifics about the increased rents brought by the tenant improvements.

My concern is, can any city where I purchase a mobile home park randomly decide to change the zoning so the mobile home park is non-conforming and no units can be brought in?

I'm sure you will find a way to add a room, or get into a bigger house and care for them as they are entitled to for having brought you into the world.
