Less than 1000 individuals control over 40 percent of bitcoin.

L.A has lot's of billionaires, ultra high net worth individuals and funds similar to NYC so competition is stiff.

I have billionaire  dreams and I’m willing to do whatever it takes stepping into the new year hoping to attract nothing but good energy!

Most docs and scientists forever thought the stomach was sterile...and BOOM, someone proves them wrong.Show me all the billionaire dentists and doctors.....then show me all the billionaire real estate investors. 

But the momentum reaches far beyond just one man, billionaire or not, at this point. 

Any suggestions on becoming a billionaire?

I have worked in all types of residential construction from slum lords to billionaires, speck homes, flips , and dream homes.

Part of me wants to pay everything off as quickly as possible because I don't have dreams of being a billionaire or anything.

You’re either an investor or a nester.If you “wanna be a billionaire, so freakin baaaad”,  and you’re on this site — educate Yourself a little more and decide. 

Well, there's always Bitcoin :D.Seriously though - as much as I hate the hair-brained and pandering policies Seattle City Council and other similar governing bodies, I think we as landlords tend to blow the eviction thing out of proportion.
