Maybe renting out rooms could work, but this whole situation hopefully won’t be long term so I wouldn’t expect to make drastic changes.

I'll probably continue this practice moving forward.Since we show occupied units, I never have an open house- too much risk of some unknown person swiping something that belongs to a tenant. 

I think it is going to be longer than that so I do think we will see an influx of inventory as homeowners get laid off and go into survival mode.

I think after 2 months, the banks consider money in your account to belong to you, rather than a gift.Did you use this money as the Earnest Money?

Essentially a home owners policy without the protection for furniture, belongings, etc. 

Appreciate the information, thankful it was only a backpack, in the future recommend leaving no personal belongings visible in your car.
