Since they are not common, or in any quantity to any area, they are hard to finance since they are hard to get comps.

I know partial assumable loans were (and still are to some extent) pretty common place in commercial real estate financings, but does anyone know of a residential real estate lender who offers partial assumable loans on individual mortgages?

I am afraid he's part of illegal gambling ring in bay area from certain regional ethnicities, these gambling casino ring was common few years ago.

Just frustrated with how difficult it is for people to adopt intelligence and common sense, backed by data and evidence, yet it is effortless for people to religiously embrace absolute NONSENSE.

They are common sense but many still seem to ignore them.
