Is an IRS agent going to personally come in to inspect the countertops?

The move in date was expected to be May 1st being that the property passed the inspection April 29th3.

I would definitely make it contingent upon walkthrough and have an extended inspection period as well.

RR has some very nice product .. however one just needs to look at any real estate venture with the same due diligence you would buying a home to live in.home inspection verify neighborhoods etc.My personal Experience with Zach the owner has proven over time he is very diligent in making sure his product and staff are on top of his clients investments.. that all said its still real estate so keep that in mind as well. but as for integrity Zach has it from my point of view.

Also I plan to hire a home inspector to inspect the outside of the foundation for any issues.

Now I'm not an expert and have not had it inspected or appraised yet, so I could be wrong and it might need a complete tearoff.

Also, all foreclosures cannot be inspected, I read some can be inspected, however, if it; 's a cosmetic problem I have no problem buying it in, as I am looking to invest in the DFW market at the moment. 

I would be thorough on inspections so you have a good idea of the mechanicals.
