That's when I downloaded Audible and my first audiobook purchase, Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

Through all of the podcast I have been listening to, I figured it would only be right to read "Rich Dad Poor Dad".

Our guest, AJ Osborne, shares an incredible story of building his real estate business — which focuses on self-storage facilities — as a way to transition his family from rich to wealthy (and yes, there is a difference!)

I found BP two months ago and I have been listening to podcasts and I’ve read my first book related to investing which was Rich Dad Poor Dad.

Please don't count out furthering your formal education for the hopes of getting rich in real estate.

But it's my biggest headache, turned each apartment over .. both are currently occupied.. 2016 just worked collected rent, paid off some debt, while still trying to save... 2017 hey I'm never going to get rich in real estate if I dont make moves right..

The one thing is an amazing book, along with "Rich Dad Poor Dad", "The 10x Rule" and "The Millionaire Fastlane"!
