Here is just my 2 cents - I think equity and appreciation are what makes you wealthy in the long run, especially being in San Jose.

WHats the future of the area (as I just showed what Portland probably is)  In Santa Cruz Calif, south of San Francisco in Monterey bay, a 2 bedroom starter home is one million dollars.

With our rural site situated midway between the DFW Metroplex & Austin off I-35 with easy access from San Antonio & Houston as well as cross-country travelers and even international visitors from Europe, Canada, Australia & Israel, drawing guests was NOT a problem.
