Direct mail works, but it requires consistency over the long term and considerable volume, and along with that there is a considerable cost.Investors I know that use direct mail marketing to produce solid lead and deal flow are mailing about 8,000 pieces per month.Having a website won't generate leads without SEO, and that takes a lot of effort and time.
