Exact is the opposite of the goal...buy in growing areas and add enough value (force appreciation) where precision of execution, management, or valuation is not needed/relevant.

Continue to learn through podcasts, webinars, books and courses on topics relevant to your financial strategies.

At the end of the day, projections vs actuals are only relevant if you have some faith that the syndicators are not lying to you.  

It is possible the guy just read an online article about this or something like that. 

Read a couple articles comparing the two and I think you'll choose quartz.
