I was able to visit this really good bbq place downtown across the street from the library.

When I'm reading them on my PC, I can clear a post easily by clicking "clear" and refreshing the feed.

The main house has seen the anteroom and library/smoking room (on the right-hand side of the main entrance) turned into two bedrooms - with a washroom and laundry closet added between them.

Sadly for PC / linux users, it's Mac only.

I was an investment analyst also and a lawyer in Not an educator.There are sources online, I like the NOLO books and read the LLC or Corporation (found at local library).

also read some books from the Library or just buy: The Weekend Millionaire, The Millionaire Real Estate Investors These are my two all time favorites (they have cheese titles but very good readings) And most importantly you should go to your local  Real Estate Investor Club  a few times and observe who are the "do-ers" and not the "talkers".
