This agent is the one that will give opinion of exit value so that you can compare their evaluation to yours and keep you safe.Now, when dealing with agents that can bring deals, never bring up the conversation of getting your listings on the back end, but when they do bring it up, you inform them that on occasion, you can offer that, but typically, your list agent for resales does "all kinds of upfront work for you for free and in advance and thus you are obligated to them morally and ethically to continue to give them your resale listings.

When we cross-reference the bank statements with the Excel document we found the amount on the document was greatly overstated compared to the actual bank balances.We figured a settlement was all that certain at this point because there was no denying the fact that money has been misappropriated (although her lawyer claims it was an "accident" and only "on occasion").
