I own a 1100 sq ft house in SC that currently has a Natural Gas wall mounted unvented heater for its primary heat source (1 unit). 

Best mounted at eye level.

One is ceiling mounted and one is wall mounted.In addition to using traditional visor remote controls they can also be monitored via wifi and cellphone app.

I would MUCH rather get them out NOW and lose 1 month (or even 2) of rent NOW, rather than collect rent checks that I may as well throw in the garbage for the amount of damage that keeps mounting each month.

Mount a tv over it?

I went to install a new ceiling light fixture but could not figure out where on the electrical box to screw in the mounting bracket.

I’m also considering Mount Vernon.

This looks to be an attic with surface mounted electrical outlets.

I suggest checking out Catonsville, Mount Washington, or Pikesville.
