The property I am buying will require mostly cosmetic updating in the interior (drywall repair, painting, and flooring), minor exterior repair and painting, and light foundation repair.

An ornamental tree would also look nice to the right.But honestly, it seems like you have a lot more work waiting for you on the interior.

I know other investors who just paint all interior walls the same color.

I agree, for the last house I rehabbed (one I am renting out for March 1), I did ALL the painting for the interior (1424 square feet).

When was last rehab on the unit interiors.

I'm guessing that they don't want to show the interior to every looky-loo so they write it that way.
