While on a road trip last week, I finished Brandon Turner’s The Book on Rental Property Investing, which was amazing, Ken McElroy’s ABCs of Real Estate Investing, and started Brandon Turner’s The Book on Investing in Real Estate With No (and low) Money Down.I’m extremely interested in the concept of house hacking and the plan for using that savings to help buy future SFRs that Brandon explains in his book and that’s what I’m going to spend a good portion of my time on researching going forward.

An important concept to understand in this business is that just because someone should be motivated does not mean they will be motivated. and in a few days I'll do a complete Title History and Chain of Title and if necessary buy Title Insurance.First get the property under contract.

Whatever the "added value" would be in my case, isn't going to give buyers the same feeling they will have when they tour the house and see the great room concept we were able to do by removing some worthless bricks.

But the concept of setting a standard of what your willing to do is a GREAT piece of wisdom.

I'm having trouble understanding this concept.

Is the wholeselling business concept the same in Belize as it is in the U.S?

I kind of wanted to bounce ideas off of people to see if I have the right concept on this and to see if it even made sense.
