Hey everyone, just wondering about the type of investing strategies you guys are using in the Toronto & Greater Toronto Area at this time where prices have sky rocketed.

I expect that just like after the “Great Recession” there’s going to be a massive increase in the number of SFR renters in Vegas and demand will sky rocket.

As prices rocket and affordability drops, a market more like stagflation will set in of increasing prices, lowering volume, and an extension in time for the situation out possibly decades.
