@Meleneal Cameron,I would leave the necessity of the chimney to professionals and Santa (Ho ho ho, hope i brought a smile) now what you need to get done is integrity/protection of the roof around the chimney exit point!

@Cameron Norfleet yeah I know Cameron my posts were in response to the poster who was indicating that NOI is what determines value in a property.

I would like to know which of the software is best. i have been reading on the following softwares: Profit Grabber from Marko Rubel, IFLIP from  Cameron Dunlap, Lion Desk and REIPRO.Please, let me know if i really need a paid software or not and if so , what is your recommendation.Thank you
