I don't know about the rest of America but I have LOC's with a bank and its not easy and it takes a lot of track record   some major cash in the bank and the trust of your banker

It's owned by Bank Of America and I went through their website to search the property, but I found nothing.

I spoke to a Realtor today and he would set me up with a loan officer from Bank of America.

By traditional lenders I assume you mean institutional lenders, but I understand they are not all alike.For example, I have been advised that it's kinda pointless for an individual to approach the big national banks like Bank of America and Wells Fargo for a single residential construction loan.

A lot of these ideas are going to have to be dropped or tempered as future concerns over the deficit mount.On the farm front, Mexico is just starting to talk about retaliating against a potential hostile administration by turning to the rest of Latin America for their massive corn imports instead of the U.S.
