So I recently purchased another property and have a remodeled inlaw suite I would like to turn in to an air bnb.

I put over 8 years in the Air Force and ended up in the United Kingdom, currently working as an Expat with Boeing, so you can imagine I'm trying to research and learn as much as I can from afar.

I'm renting out a condo and a prospective tenant asked me if I would supply the air filters for the unit's HVAC system. 

We've looked into some of the numbers regarding setting up a functioning field: Rental equipment, store/shop, compressed air supply, climate controlled storage for paintballs, liability insurance, staffing expenses, etc.

Also, think about having your HVAC system serviced, and get all the air filters changed out. 

If not for yearly rentals, you could possibly make more cashflow renting nightly through Air B&B.

For sure, also Air BNB is allowed there too.

For us that don't use Air BNB, can you explain why your payout is so much less than your earnings?

Those are larger windows big enough for a fire fighter to enter with full gear including an air tank and for occupants to exit in case of fire or other major problem.
