I work a full-time job, but I would love to spend my weekends helping someone out with their properties.

I drive for Uber every single weekend which brings in about 200-400 a week but its really not much. 

I placed 50 bandit signs over the weekend and am now getting threatening calls to my Google voice number from the dreaded sign police!

I work 9-5 so if they can do a weekend or evening that would be even better.Also, I will be eventually looking for a guy to lay some Luxury Vinyl plank flooring in the house.

If you have any suggestions for meetups/get-togethers or if you are interested in some weekend golfing, count me in!

They also take time to learn the area in more than just a superficial manner.No doubt that there are "better" opportunities in areas where the numbers make more sense, but a weekend Wells Fargo "Investor Seminar" held in the Bay Area doesn't give you all the tools you need to successfully operate in a place with which you are totally unfamiliar (personal anecdote).

We are actually have a meetup this weekend where we are doing two property walkthroughs.

I like to go a bit on the high side as a built-in filter for tenant quality.As a SoCal investor, it was a bit different to wait a whole month to rent it out (properties rent out with less than a weekend vacancy here), but the numbers still made sense. 

If any other renter calls on the weekend I'll answer since no one has ever called, but I'll only answer the new renters calls during the week from now on.
