Make sure you cover utilities, public transportation access, amenities(restaurants, parks, maybe hot bars nearby, since a studio is probably for a single person etc).

He was doing an open house BBQ at one of the houses that he finished today (no he didn't finish the house today, the BBQ was today lol) and he invited me to it, but I don't have any transportation so I took a rain check, but I was suppose to have called him, gawd I hate working Graveyard Shifts, I was a bit to tired today wound up sleeping all day, that and my allergies are acting up again.

show up with a crew to either 1) document removal of everything and relocate to off-site storage and give seller the address and key; 2) put valuable items in a PODS or similar modular storage container and transport to her new local residence or the PODS facility; 3) itemize items (in lots, if necessary) and hold a published auction and send proceeds to seller.

Make sure you alert the park as to the age of it before you transport it all the way there and there is an age limit on what they will allow.
