I believe every economic environment has the potential to offer personal and business growth when we adapt to change.

Also, I prefer to keep items that I am responsible for on the lease to a minimum.If you are Un-Metered, and are willing to be responsible for the repairs and replacement of the Washer and Dryer if/when they break, then it may be worth the investment to edge out your local competition.

Who knows but if you are paying anything near a 6% commission, you are being fooled and lied to by an ancient model broker who doesn't adapt to marketing efficiencies.

-Be Flexible and willing to change / adapt your plan.

If anything, the pandemic has forced many entities to adapt to newer technologies that make our life easier.

Ive worked as a realtor (David Mo is actually on my team along with 2 other agents), as a contractor/project manager, done flips in 3 different states, built a rental portfolio thats up to about 15 properties right now that I self manage, I have a 5M dollar adaptive reuse office to apartment conversion in downtown MKE, and even started lending privately and funding other peoples deals.

Interesting strategy, hey at least he's trying something to adapt to this craziness.
