I understood why I should have various inspections, but I never really thought about the concept of the realtor's intention.

The people making the decisions were not the people who understood the science behind what they were doing.

So never quite understood that philosophy ..

I never understood why people just force things even if it is just not efficient, simply because they don't welcome change or actual improvement.So... to solve any problem in engineering...take a few more steps back.

I did not stay for the second half of the seminar because I got the gist of what they were selling and understood what they were saying.

Have never understood what is so immediate about a seal & stripe, but who understands the minds of bankers?
