Take out any intricate landscaping when you rehab it and throw in a few low maintenance plants if you want.

I think that area will be a bit behind some others around it, but with Pittsburgh Yards and possibly heard rumblings for a GM plant possibly coming in around there....who knows.

Delta is a small rural Utah community (pop. 3500) that relies heavily on the power plant for employment. 

Maybe we just need a good ole aluminum plant :)  Like the many that used to front the Columbia River .. 

Thank God the good people of northern LA keep planting more pine trees to feed the paper mills.And yet, people spend tens of thousands every single month to mail out postcards and those ridiculous yellow letters.

Landscaping is a good example - we eliminate flower beds, anything that needs regual maintenance, often remove some of the trees (think leaves), favor evergreens over seasonal plants, boxwoods and globular arbs are our favorite for along the front and mulch beds get replaced by stone.
