Of course sports, hospitality, retail, travel and entertainment are yet in the dog house.

Knowing that so many members on this site know the ins and outs of different communities and different states, I figured I would try my luck here and see if any members located in or familiar with southern Florida could provide any insight to which areas are worth looking into to raise a family, have good schools and sense of community, sports programs, and possibly with nearby industrial area. 

Avoiding large tax bills is a lifelong sport but I’m fine paying a good chuck if I’ve done well, life is good  

Organized sports being thrown to the side is going to be difficult for many students to handle. 3.

But maybe you both want financial independence, more time together, world travel, matching sports cars, or the opportunity to pour your lives into the welfare of others less fortunate.

Hi Edgar,If you go to JC Penny and get a dark blue sport coat (with gold or silver buttons) with some light grey pants and a light blue shirt with buttons on the collar you can fit in pretty well in most places. 

Also, there are cases where the expenses will be higher, particularly in a park that has a large amenity package (like pools, clubhouses, sport courts, game rooms, etc), or a high degree of expense related to landscaping and maintenance.  

I’ve always seen sales jobs as more of a team sport than what some may think.

Sports?

I find that with 8 properties, showing vacant units and occasionally repairing issues and shuttling 2 kids to school, sports, and piano, it's still very manageable.My opinion is every landlord should manage at least their first property themselves.
