I have known that these people do some shady things, but was still shocked when the person told me that they insist their tenants pay them in cash.

@Chris M. the good news is i'd be shocked if you spent 3k on maintenance a year on any single family house, let alone a fully rehabbed one.

I got a call from another interested buyer who was considering a 50k purchase on a home and was totally shocked about how I might be able to help her out in a better way.

It's honestly shocking that this member would ask you for referrals before you even purchased the properties.  

Not shocking because installing a poorly designed plugin could take down a site and the Carrot people probably don't want that.  

I don't have the expertise or the education to assist you on this, but my guess is you will be shocked with the response. 

The really low one you might raise it some but not go for SHOCKING the tenant.

I am shocked at how people will just flat out lie, and just hope you don't really run a background check,,she was pushing me to get the application to me, the eviction was just filed about two  weeks ago, I guess she figured she might get the application run before it showed up.....ALWAYS RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS!!!!!!!
