Hi BP Community, anyone have any tips or experience removing rust from a metal shed roof? 

I have searched the threads on BP and haven't come across that much information so I'm hoping you all could shed more light on the subject. 

I came across a vacant home that was advertised as a 4 bedroom, 3bath, sauna room, steam shower, barn, inground pool, pump house, screen house, 2 brick fireplaces, 2 sheds with over 5000 sq ft of acreage.

I have a few questions; hopefully I can get some light shed on.I had a lead come in from a gentleman whom inherited a property from his dad along with his 6 siblings. 3 of the siblings are deceased now.

Its should shed some light.

It appraised in February for $225,000 and all I've done is added a Tuff Shed garage for improvements. 

Anyone that can shed some light in this would be appreciated.To me, it looks like most turnkey are priced so they are a little under the 1% rule.So, they seem to cash flow, but with COC percent returns a little below some other markets.Does this see correct to y'all?

As a former NPS employee I can shed some light on how this process works.  

Could anyone shed any light on the local dynamics on that?  

We usually only stick to green plants, nothing with color.Backyard was clean up, remove shed, remove patio cover.
