Looking back there are a few months we could have shaved off, but not a ton.

If you've got to pick a yellow for a kitchen... or a laundry room or darker hallway-space  then my favorite yellows are Montgomery White, Philadelphia Cream,  Monterrey White, and Hepplewhite ivory. 

If you went with lower end finishes, you can shave off $5-$10/SF.With hyperinflation subsiding (we think?)
