I work here in Burlington area which is the state's main county (Chittenden County) & is the economic engine of the region & is in growth mode.

This is why I am finally getting out of lurking mode and into active posting!   

I know the residential assisted living model is very successful in the Phoenix area. 

Tenants move out for the same reason.A property manager is there to oversee the safety of the building.

Some of this is foreign money that is being parked here -not for appreciation but merely for safety. 

The model is brilliant in my opinion so the markets that need to be served are those where there is a lack of hotel rooms.

My business partner and I are in buying mode and we're closing on a 3 family tomorrow because the deal is so good and the property will cash flow like a fire hose after we've made a few improvements/secured tenants. 

So legally couldn't spend the money anyway, so I've got a safety there lol.

However, for most of us, we don't have staff manning the address and you definitely don't want to put your home address either for privacy and safety reasons..
