But I think the coverage for STRs is a must, given the potential for liability with guests rotating through frequently. 

The part that rotates broke or does not rotate so no ice comes out. 

The questions I get are not out of courteously with the intent to learn but more so out of jealousy and has strained at least one friendship.

If there is some interest, I'll organize a rotating tee time (or a few tee times), maybe early evening on a weeknight, 9-holes to start.

Keep in mind these are rotating so they post every 13 weeks usually unless people extend their contract.
