I have a nationwide referral network.

I just got off the phone with Dependable Doors in Puyallup--They would not just sell me the spring (liability issues) but for $250 - $300 would install it.Two Five Three - Five Three Seven etc etc  ....They were a referral from my neighbor and they did 2 new doors on our street....""

I doubt they have any funds available and are just some internet marketer getting points for referrals.

I don’t want any referral fee, but what I do need help with is getting comparable sales from the MLS.

We use Carrier and Trane for commercial projects, I would say look for a reputable service company for installation, or through referral. 

If explanation is too lenghty, referral to any books or web references would be greatly appreciated.
