Bob Bluhm did my legal entity strategy and creation.  

My wife handles all leasing (showing, decision making) and I handle all office stuff (lease creation, communicating with contractors and tenants, etc.)

Edit: Also I found this caveat, "Generally, your business must create or retain one job for every $65,000 provided by the SBA, except for small manufacturers, which have a $100,000 job creation or retention goal"
