@Raul Mena There’s really no need for an LLC at this time, but landlord insurance and/or an umbrella insurance policy may be a good idea to give you extra protection because of those other people living in your home.

If the answer is no, I believe you’re overly concerned like many BP forum alarmists who don’t understand anonymity is not asset protection. 

For example, do you need a permit to swap out windows (lead renovation EPA requirements for the age of home or do you need tempered or fall protection) all the way to a city that has $3,000 permit fees. 

The customer service is awesome though and when they explain why I am having issues, it usually makes sense, but these types of things just aren’t an issue with Stessa.

There's been probably a dozen times the customers have just done something that needed to be attended to in a timely fashion-- not life or death-- but definitely problem some. 

Texas has no requirement for an operating agreement, but I would like to have one as I hear the general consensus is that (if done right) will help with liability protection.
