It's currently rented out but isn't producing any positive cash flow, I am breaking even with it.

They could list it on the MLS but that usually produces low offers.  

This can be something fairly minimal, so long is it produces legitimate income that you report on your taxes, such as with a schedule C.  

We have had other candidates who say they are self employed but our process requires tax returns - although we have had a couple who could produce the appropriate pages, most of them go on to admit they don't report it and thus are unable to verify the income.
