We actually just had several go in on Livingston ave on the west side where I'd not normally think would be desirable, but they look great and really brought the block up.So I'm a huge fan personally from seeing them go up in my own area.  

If it was me personally, I would not.

With respect to paying $44k off on your HELOC, I personally think that is totally fine and a great start. 

I personally invest in the North Dallas area (Prosper/Celina) where there is lots of growth in homes with nice lots.

I can also find out everything about this person's license in less than 10 minutes.

There is a big difference in how those are handled  HAHA I just saw a post and commented where the person wanted to ask if they should overpay for a home because they can get is seller financing.

For me personally, it was worth making the switch because of how much money I stood to save and the flexibility to run things the way I saw best fit.

The lower barrier to entry would be excellent for my personally smaller net worth.

As a neighbor, personally I don't care if someone smoke a little weed every now and then, but if they are smoking non stop 25 times a day, you might lose a good tenant over that. 

When you say "we," are you speaking about your business or your personal tax returns, or does your business flow into your personal returns because you file as a sole proprietor?
