Its much harder to turn a property around in 6 months expecting to have 100% of your money returned back to you - but if you focus on the right property focusing on highest and best use with an ADU add (like mentioned), in-fill/lot split, or other rehabs - then hopefully a semi-decent property like that will perform like a champ in a few years.

One reason was the condo management company wasn't doing a great job and there were always extra levies. 

I was hoping to get some feedback on them and found very little when searching on BP.

Hit a few bumps throughout the process but overall went good and onto the next one! 

They often have different vendors introduce themselves so you can build your team and they often have a local member do a case study on one of their properties to share the ins, outs, ups, and downs of the investment.

One other question I wanted to ask is if during a short sale if the lender would be agreeable to pay a portion of the closing costs?

Most hosts in Chicago just pocket the full funds from direct booking, you would be in the very very small majority if actually paid city taxes on it.

My thought is to take a compiled list of property addresses saved in Excel and then run data scrape from Zillow and Redfin on each of those addresses, pulling the property details back into excel and into the appropriate table I have set up.
