Has anyone seen any articles on this in terms of whether this is the beginning of a real estate market downturn or just a normal downturn due to it being a little more of the off season?

@Julie Hill I read an article last week that said Nashville, TN was one of the most lucrative markets for Airbnb’s business.

That could be determined by numerous factors which I haven't seen a study yet as this was reported Monday.Anyways when you try to have a property for LTR in cities with school rating higher than 7, the economic doesn't work.
