Since you are retired, you want to preserve that $200k and make it grow I assume?

It was well over 5000$, and trees here grow like crazy to say the least.

Maybe it’s because their toys R us kids and don’t want to grow up. 

My hope is to share what I’ve learned, continue growing, and connect with others on similar paths.This journey has been nothing short of eye-opening.

Remember, every challenge is an opportunity to learn and grow. 

It often might take asking why 5 times to get to the root why.Also, I notice that often that why shifts...for me in the beginning, money was important because I thought it gave me power, and growing up I was pretty insecure due to a lot of high schooling bullying...come to find out the power does NOT COME FROM MONEY, but rather from within after identity who you want to become and don't let your past define you. 

This type of company will be married with you through the longevity of the investment so naturally their interests will have to be mutually aligned. 

This creates a natural flow for buyers, starting with curb appeal, showcasing the livable spaces, and ending with the layout and lot details.

That said, they've gone through some huge growth over the last couple years and maybe they're having some growing pains? 

There's potentially a domino effect in the event of an unforeseen major expense exceeding my reserves (mainly thinking in terms of natural disasters) affecting my whole portfolio.
