It's a declining biz model.....the city is trying to crack down on them, and insurance co.s are pushing back on the testing charges (which is where the profit is).

I've asked them to clean their apartments on multiple visits but I am seeing little to no progress.

As someone who has experimented with multiple tools, I would recommend trying out the tools and your listing platforms first to see which ones you like best then deciding on the workflow

And in reality, while I have never had to test the strength of my LLC, if you are being sued, any half decent attorney will try to pierce your corporate veil anyways and try to get to you personally anyways.

Scott is nowhere close to "bad" in the context of what a lot of newer members post to the community.I can't think of a better use for the forums than in allowing members like Scott to test ideas like that MTR and get feedback from the community.

If you are so fragile that someone calling what you said ridiculous causes you to go into multiple long posts, I think you need to look at that.

Why not be the Guinea pig and test it out for us and let us know how it goes. 

I am not really a fan of the program because we have a very nice situation in our current home.Putting 20% down for a conventional loan is a steep task financially so I do not think that is an option plus I have been told by many of my friends with multiple MF homes to never use your own money to get into one.Then there is always using the equity we have built up in this current MF home we live in to purchase the next - I am not sure how that works but have done some research on home equity loans and believe that would be another option.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
