What I intended to convey was to the seller there was no 6% such as a traditional "cash offer"Great feedback that I'm heeding: move on to the next property, wait for them to come back to me with interest, check back if/when listing expires, and most of all don't post with half-baked details which inevitably will come across as poorly messaged - this case distorting my moral compass.

Although before moving back to my own house we had an agreement that I would only pay utilities plus some other bills like Netflix, etc, while I was getting out of debt. they are using an excuse that my girlfriend is at home so everybody got a pay for her/his own room, Although she only use water Gas and electricity Morally I decided to stop counting with my home-equity because I think it’s a big responsibility and my family is living there too.

This document then can be later used to "prove" that the house was build in some year.I'm just stuck in a predicament where if the house is older than 1978, it can have lead.
