Ask any attorney who will give you an honest answer, and they'll say that a litigation lawyer is more likely to file a nuisance suit with little to no merit against a defendant with significant assets, than to file a legitimate suit with demonstrable merit against a defendant with little to no assets.Bottom line, in our super-litigious society, I think it's worth spending a few additional bucks to have plenty of liability coverage.

-Updating the flooring & painting entire home made the home more modern and able to get higher rent amount-Using outbuilding for our storage saves us from having to rent storage unit.

It has overall been a good experience as they were there for some years and have been pretty grateful with a new owner whom is looking to improve the home and has more modern ways of communication/rent with cozy.

Put in nicer appliances, some modern tech tools such as smart detectors and thermostats.

I would also add that modern mobile homes are pretty energy efficient.
